Anna Sviatnenko is an accomplished Project Manager at Fairo App since February 2021, leading initiatives to enhance the freelance experience in Ukraine and Romania. Prior to Fairo App, Anna served in various roles at Ukrsibbank for 15 years, culminating as Head of Pre-legal Stage of Debt Collection, where responsibilities included managing customer communications, restructuring strategies, and enhancing service quality through automation and training. Achievements during this tenure encompassed the launch of significant customer support projects and the development of training programs for management. Anna holds a degree from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and has completed specialized training in facilitation and bank management.
