Alessandro Mineo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Directeur des Opérations Restaurants & Beverage Manager at Fairmont Monte Carlo since April 2012, overseeing various establishments including Amù, Amù Pool, Nikki Beach Monte Carlo, Lobby Lounge, and Nobu Monte Carlo.
