Mariana Hernandez is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Local Sales at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel since March 2021, Mariana previously held the position of Director of Group Sales at Condado Vanderbilt from October 2014 to March 2021. Additionally, Mariana has a rich background with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where the role of Senior Sales Manager was held from February 2003 to October 2014. Mariana's strong educational foundation comes from Penn State University.
