Vinaya Mandke has a long history of working in the software development industry. Vinaya began their career in 2012 as a Software Developer, Jr Software Developer, and Intern at Synerzip. In 2016, they joined Helpshift as a Software Artisan, where they implemented ML/AI solutions for the company in Python and Clojure. Vinaya also worked on supervised and unsupervised solutions in NLP and on implementing ML at scale. In the same year, they also became a Mentor for Learn IT, Girl!. In 2018, they moved back to Synerzip as a Senior Software Developer. In 2019, they joined Sense as a Lead Engineer and Developer. Most recently, in 2021 they joined Fairmatic as a Software Developer.

Vinaya Mandke obtained a BE in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2008 and 2012. In 2014, they obtained certifications in Linux Kernel Development from GEEks of Pune and Machine Learning from Coursera. In 2018-2019, they completed a PG Diploma in Machine Learning and AI from upGrad.com in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
