At Fairmatic, James has served as the Head of Insurance Strategy and Head of Claims Strategy, focusing on improving claims offerings, managing teams, and implementing key products. Prior to Fairmatic, James worked at AXA XL as a Business Analyst, and at XL Catlin as an Associate Business Analyst. With a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of St Andrews, James also has experience in project management and customer service roles at Enactus St Andrews, Royal Windsor Racecourse, and Christie's.
