Shanice Wiechman is a seasoned school psychologist with experience at Fairfield City School District since August 2019. Prior to this role, Shanice served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati from June 2017 to May 2019 and acted as a mentor at Middletown City Schools, guiding high school seniors in areas such as social awareness and college readiness from August 2016 to May 2017. Shanice began a career in management as a Student Manager in Dining Services at Miami University while overseeing the Armstrong Dining Center from 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, a Regional Fellow for the Study of the U.S. Institutes for Student Leaders Exchange Program in summer 2015 provided further experience. Early career roles include team member positions at LaRosa's Pizzeria, Inc., and Chick-fil-A Corporate. Shanice holds an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University.
