Noel Levan has extensive experience as a Family Mediator at FairField Center since January 2006, facilitating conflict resolution in family matters such as custody and visitation disputes. Additionally, Noel serves as a Board Member for Valley Playhouse Inc and has been a Legal Observer for the National Lawyers Guild since October 2019, providing neutral oversight during public demonstrations. Noel also holds the position of Theatrical Lighting Designer at Court Square Theater, collaborating with Jack Larson, and engages in storytelling with The Company of Others. As a founding member of the board of directors for Friendly City Food Co-op, Noel contributes to community development. Previous experience includes working as an Occupational Therapist at SoManyPlaces and providing in-home therapy through the Harrisonburg League of Therapists. Noel holds a Master's of Arts in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women's University and a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Temple University, along with specialized training as a Patrol Dog Trainer/Handler and Recreation Specialist from the United States Air Force.
