Theophilus Felder is a Deputy Sheriff at the Fairfax County Sheriff's Office, serving since August 2021, and also holds the position of Security Officer II at Germanna Community College Police Department since December 2017. With experience as a Soccer Referee for VHSL since January 2012 and for USSF Soccer Referee since July 2011, Theophilus has a strong background in law enforcement and sports officiating. Theophilus earned a Bachelor’s Degree in American History and Spanish Language from the University of Mary Washington, having attended from 2017 to 2020, and previously studied at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2015 to 2017, as well as at Germanna Community College from 2012 to 2014.
