Caroline Peterson is an experienced educator currently serving as an ESOL Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools since August 2024. Prior roles include EL Teacher and 3rd Grade Teacher at Arlington Public Schools from August 2020 to November 2024, and Freshman Head Counselor at Congressional School between June 2018 and November 2024. Caroline has also worked as a 5th Grade Teacher at Madison Metropolitan School District from August 2018 to August 2020 and as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Falls Church City Public Schools from September 2017 to June 2018. Early career experiences include roles as a Day Camp Counselor and Child Care Provider, as well as a Lifeguard and Swim Coach with NV Pools and Forest Hollow Swim Team, respectively. Caroline holds a Master of Teaching in Elementary Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Teaching English as a Second Language from William & Mary, alongside education from Muhlenberg College and The Madeira School.
