Since commencing with Fairbrother in 1989 as a Trainee Estimator/Site Administrator, Craig has enjoyed a remarkable career which includes 12 years as the manager of the Northern Tasmania Construction Division, before being appointed a Company Director and, later, CEO of Fairbrother.

As CEO, Craig instigated the acquisition of a Bendigo-based company, paving the way for Fairbrother’s growth into Regional Victoria. He also championed the development of a culture in line with Fairbrother’s Purpose, Vision & Values.

In July 2021, after 18 years as CEO, Craig was appointed Chairman of Fairbrother.

Craig served as a member of the Tasmanian Building & Construction Training Board, including a term as Deputy Chairman and is also a Past State President of the Master Builders Association of Tasmania. In 2015, he was appointed to the Master Builders Australia National Board which included Chair of the National Work Health & Safety Committee and more recently Chair of the Finance Committee.
