Susan Bashore RN MS BS CCM CPDM CPDM is an experienced Registered Nurse currently working at Fairbanks North Star Borough School District since September 2022. Additionally, Susan has been self-employed at Bashore Design since January 2020. Previous roles include Manager of Pharmacy Case Management Services and Case Management Services at Allied Managed Care Inc from 2014 to June 2019, and dedicated Case Manager at The Hartford from 2011 to 2014. Susan has also held positions in various organizations, including Clinical Manager at Professional Dynamics and Supervisor roles at Coventry Health Care and Cambridge Integrated Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Nursing, Health Policy from the University of California, San Francisco, along with several associate and bachelor's degrees in nursing, business management, and health information management.
