James worked as a Head Chef at Plan B Restaurants and as a Culinary Manager at ACC Senior Services. Currently, James serves as the Food and Nutrition Services Manager at Fair Oaks Recovery Center. With experience in menu creation, staff recruitment/training, budget management, and special event catering, James' culinary expertise is well-rounded and extensive.
