Gulden Ulker has over a decade of experience in social compliance and ethical trade, currently serving as Senior Manager of Social Compliance at the Fair Labor Association since April 2012. Gulden has held various roles within the organization, including Social Compliance Manager for the EMEA region and Lead Assessor. Additionally, Gulden operated as an Independent Social Compliance and Ethical Trade Consultant and Auditor from August 2013 to December 2021. Earlier experiences include positions as a Customer Relations Specialist at Gen3Creative and an Account Executive at It Is Red Art Management. Gulden's career began with roles in media relations and human resources, following a BA in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University.
