Lucas Chapman has a diverse background in the asphalt and concrete industry, beginning as a Mechanic and Equipment Operator at Sylva Corp. from June 2008 to December 2013. Following this, Lucas progressed to the role of Maintenance Coordinator at Anderson Trucking Service in the early part of 2014. A managerial position at JME Companies came next, serving from April 2014 to May 2015. Lucas then advanced to Foreman/Superintendent at Terra Services from May 2015 to January 2017, before becoming a Project Manager at ACI, Asphalt & Concrete, Inc. from January 2017 to January 2020. Subsequently, Lucas worked as a Parking Lot Striping Estimator at Sir Lines-A-Lot until October 2022.
