Mikel Carrasco is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in automation and signalling systems. Currently serving as a project manager at Fagor Automation S. Coop. since September 2015, Mikel oversees the company's new HMI development project and supervises the TAT-Beijing team while contributing to safety-related initiatives. Prior to this role, Mikel managed onboard signalling system development projects at CAF SIGNALLING from May 2009 to July 2015 and held the position of Senior Verification Engineer, ensuring compliance with system and software safety lifecycles. Earlier in the career at Fagor Automation S. Coop. from April 1998 to May 2009, Mikel worked as an Analyst/Designer/Developer, contributing to the development of new CNC solutions through various applications. Mikel holds a Licentiate degree in Ingeniería informática from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, completed in 1996.
