The Project Management team at FAD is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various design and architecture initiatives across the organization's five associations. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of exhibitions, professional talks, prizes, and events. They work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to bring innovative projects to fruition, leveraging Materfad’s material and technological expertise as needed.
