Iain Wallace is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in various medical and academic roles. Currently, Iain serves as a Board Member for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice and FMLM Applied, along with holding a position as Faculty Member in the Quality Governance Collaborative at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. Iain founded Iain Wallace Coaching, providing executive coaching services, and has acted as a Medical Advisor for the West of Scotland Regional Planning Team. As a Founding Senior Fellow and Interim Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, Iain contributes significantly to medical leadership education. Previously, Iain held positions as an Honorary Professor at Glasgow Caledonian University and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Glasgow, while also serving as Medical Director at NHS Louisa Jordan and Clinical Lead for Pathways Infrastructure with the Scottish Government Access Collaborative.
