Zaqiah Vivi is a dedicated research and academic professional associated with the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Gadjah Mada since September 2020. Zaqiah serves as a Research Assistant, collaborating with Dr. Diah Retno Wulandaru on a project focused on green human resource management and co-authoring a book chapter on "People Analytics in Indonesia." Previous roles include Grader and Assistant Lecturer for various business courses and the Director of Human Resource Development at BEM KM Universitas Gadjah Mada. Zaqiah's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada, complemented by earlier education at SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta.
