Fiona Barr currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Head of Compliance at the Faculty of Advocates since November 2023. Previously, Fiona held the position of Senior Manager of Risk Management at Conister from June to November 2023, where responsibility included leading control environment certification and embedding the Risk Management Framework. Fiona's experience in compliance management includes roles at Conister Bank, NatWest Group, and RBS, where significant contributions encompassed compliance oversight, policy management, and leading initiatives for operational risk and regulatory compliance. Fiona's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Abertay University, a Diploma in Law from the University of Dundee, and a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from the ICA.
