Samuel Hanes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Performance at Faculty since January 2022, Samuel previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Strategy Advisor at Nesta from April 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Samuel was a Senior Director at The Behavioural Insights Team, overseeing the Singapore office and focusing on productivity, economic growth, and labour market policy. Additional roles include Head of Economics and Analytics in Indonesia at Grab, Strategic Policy Advisor with the Home Office, and Research Associate at the Adam Smith Institute. Samuel holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Durham University and A Levels from Dulwich College.
