Shawn Woodward has extensive experience in product management and implementation, currently serving as the Manager of the K12 Product Team at FACTS since 2008, where management of Product Managers and Product Owners occurs in an Agile Scrum environment. Prior roles at FACTS included managing the A&E and SIS Implementation Teams, as well as leading an Implementation Team and serving as an Implementation Specialist. Before joining FACTS, Shawn was the IT Director at Glenview School, overseeing all IT operations and infrastructure improvements, and previously worked as a Product Development Manager at BeachSeat, Inc., focusing on product design and quality control. Shawn's career began as an Account Manager at Compucom, providing solutions to enterprise clients. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree from Criswell College.
