Zino Soyka is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and finance. Currently serving as the CEO of Factory Berlin since March 2023 and as the CEO and Founder of CBZS Capital GmbH since November 2022, Zino has a proven track record in driving organizational success. Prior roles include CEO at LXP Group GmbH from May 2021 to June 2023, and Manager of Finance Business Planning at Vestas from October 2019 to April 2021. Zino also held the position of Manager Field Support at ExxonMobil from July 2014 to October 2019.
