Malinda Gülcan has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2014. Malinda began as an Eventgastronomie at Eventgastronomie Bergmann in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Kellnerin at Cafe am Neuen See and as a Reservierungsmanager at Villa Kombok. In 2016, they were a Kellnerin at Gendarmerie Austernbank & Humboldt Konferenz GmbH and a Reservierungsmanager at Villa Kombok. Malinda also worked as a Kellnerin at Restaurant Taverna Skala. Since 2017, they have been working at Factory Berlin, where they have held the roles of Business Administration Manager/Office Manager, Community Desk Manager, and Front Desk Receptionist, Hospitality Manager.

Malinda Gülcan attended Brillat-Savarin OSZ from 2011 to 2014 and earned a degree in Hotelfachfrau.
