Laia Tena currently serves as the Product Onboarding Team Lead and previously held the position of Onboarding Specialist at Factorial since March 2023. From July 2023 to February 2024, Laia worked as a Community Manager at ZAMORAshop, and during a brief period from November 2021 to January 2022, was a Brand Representative for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Laia's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from EAE Business School, completed in 2023, as well as studies at Nottingham Trent University from January to June 2022.
