Gary Haizhi Lai has been working in the tech industry since 2021, when they began their role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Factored. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer, Growth at \u77f3\u58a8\u6587\u6863 from 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Student Researcher for Applied Physics at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Gary Haizhi Lai received their Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Columbia University in 2019. Gary Haizhi has also obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects, all obtained in 2020 and 2019 respectively.
