Arta Kurti, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and customer support spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the PMO & Customer Support Manager at Facilization since October 2017, Arta previously held the position of Senior DCC at E.ON, managing project documentation and training staff. Earlier roles include Billing Manager at PLUS Communications, where Arta managed the implementation of complex billing systems, and VAS/Prepaid Services Team Leader at Vodafone Albania, focusing on strategy and system development. Arta's career began in the informatics sector with various leadership roles at Health Care Insurance Institute, Social Insurance Institute, and Coca-Cola Company, overseeing computer networks and statistical reporting. Arta holds an MBA from Universite Montesquieu Bordeaux IV and a degree from the University of Tirana.
