Glenn Paulson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Glenn started their career as a Field Engineer at Eaton in 1988, where they provided emergency service response and preventative maintenance on UPS systems. Glenn then worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Emerson Network Power (Liebert) for six years. In 1999, Glenn joined PSEG (Urban Technologies) as a Senior Field Engineer and Commissioning Agent, performing preventative and remedial maintenance on critical power systems and conducting commission testing on new systems.

Glenn joined JT Packard in 2003 and held various positions within the company until 2010. Glenn served as the Northeast Regional Manager and successfully assisted in the company's triple-digit growth for three consecutive years. Glenn later became the East Area Service Director, responsible for profitable operations, customer satisfaction, staff training, and recruitment of staff within the assigned area.
From 2014 to 2017, Glenn worked at Quality Uptime Services as the Director of Strategic Accounts. During this time, they managed strategic accounts such as AT&T, ADP, EMC, and Cigna, focusing on high-level account management with a high renewal rate and customer satisfaction.
