Jerry Palmer is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Engagement at Facilisgroup since July 2023, following a successful tenure at Thryv where roles included Head of Revenue Operations and Head of Client Experience Implementation from September 2016 to July 2023. Prior to Thryv, Jerry held various leadership positions at YP / YP Marketing Solutions from July 2013 to September 2016, including Sales Director and Sr. Operations Manager. Jerry's career began in the US Army, where service occurred from August 2002 to September 2014. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
