Allison Hancock is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in client success and event management. Currently serving as a Client Success Coordinator at Facilisgroup since June 2023, Allison has a robust background in client experience from previous roles at Geniecast®, where positions included Senior Client Experience Manager, Client Manager, and Associate Client Manager from November 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes catering management at The Hawthorne Inn, along with roles in catering sales and convention services at Lodging Hospitality Management. Additionally, Allison has worked as a Tanning Consultant at Palm Beach Tan and as a Production Assistant at Evntiv. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with specializations in Conference & Event Management and Sport Venue Management.
