Maria Schwendinger is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various aspects of human resource management. Since April 2012, Maria has been working at FACC AG as a Senior HR Business Partner, leading the W/C HR team in a job-sharing arrangement and managing HR processes from recruitment to termination. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner, contributing to HR management comprehensively. Prior to FACC AG, Maria held the position of Juristin in der Personalabteilung at DONAU Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group, focusing on collective and individual labor law and health management, and worked as a legal editor at LexisNexis. Early career experiences include positions as a legal intern at various courts and an internship at AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA. Maria holds a Magistra degree in law from the University of Vienna, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
