Darlene Knight is an experienced executive with a strong background in manufacturing, operations, and strategic leadership within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at Reliance Worldwide Corporation since April 2021, Darlene has held significant positions such as Vice President of Operations at Adient, where responsibilities included overseeing a $7 billion business in the Americas and managing the automotive operations in China. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson Controls as Group Vice President and General Manager for Complete Seat Americas, and Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Quality at Tecumseh Products Company. Darlene also led the Edscha North America through bankruptcy proceedings while managing integration efforts across multiple plants. A former Area Manager at General Motors, Darlene possesses a Master's degree in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration from Kettering University.
