Ritu Malhotra serves as the DGM for the Information Services Department at VFS Global since June 2023, focusing on customer service for diplomatic missions and client governments. Previously, Ritu has held significant roles in learning and development, including National Manager for Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd since April 2021, and Corporate Manager for HR & Training at International Travel House Limited from December 2017 to April 2021, managing over 1,100 employees across multiple locations. Ritu’s earlier experience includes Regional Manager for Learning & Development at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited and Deputy Manager for Learning & Development at Yatra Online Pvt Ltd, where Ritu was responsible for delivering learning solutions across extensive employee networks and travel services.
