Georganna Norris, MBA, has a diverse work experience. Georganna joined Faber-Castell USA in April 2022 as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for executing the consumer review program and adapting based on review relevance. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Intern at the same company, gaining career-related experience in brand management, product management, consumer and trade marketing, and content social campaigns.
In 2018, Georganna served as a Student Office Assistant at Youngstown State University, where they effectively communicated with students, scheduled academic advisor appointments, and answered inquiries. Georganna also worked as a Teaching Assistant at J&J's Dance Depot from September 2012 to August 2020.

Georganna completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Digital Marketing from Youngstown State University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the same university, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they also had the opportunity to study at Griffith University and obtained another BSBA degree in Marketing.
