Uday Bambulkar has over 25 years of extensive experience in sales and trade marketing across various sectors. Since April 2016, Uday has served as the Director of Sales at Faber-Castell India, focusing on formulating and implementing effective sales strategies. Prior to this role, Uday worked as a Senior Partner at Redge Partners from April 2014 to March 2016, and from July 2002 to March 2014, served as the Director of Sales & Trade Marketing at Mattel Asia Pacific, where Uday led the development of trade marketing strategies for diverse brands. Uday began the career as a Regional Sales Manager at Rayban Sun Optics India Ltd from January 1995 to June 2002, overseeing sales operations for premium sunglasses brands in western India and managing sales forecasting and retail visibility initiatives.
