Mike Rafi joined Fabcon as CEO in 2020 and is a member of the Fabcon board of directors. Mike comes to Fabcon with a wealth of industry expertise having served in senior leadership positions over the past 20 years at both Oshkosh Corporation and most recently as CEO of Contech Engineered Solutions prior to its sale to Quikrete. Mike received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a J.D. from Catholic University and received a B.A. from Loyola University of Maryland.
