Rekha Belur is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as Vice President of R&D at F5 since April 2022, Rekha oversees a team of over 300 professionals, focusing on Authentication, ZTNA, and the Central Manager orchestration engine. Prior to F5, Rekha held the position of Senior Director of R&D at VMware for over a decade, leading the development of the Tanzu Application Platform with a team of more than 200 engineers. Rekha's career also includes roles as Manager at Kno, Inc., Engineering Manager at Trend Micro, Lead Software Engineer at Qualys, Senior Software Engineer at FineGround, and Senior Software Engineer at Inktomi.
