Josip Kulundzic has extensive experience in engineering services, currently serving as a Manager at F5 since October 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing the ANZ Enterprise Network Engineer team and building a leading Tier 3 support team focused on Networking, Security, and Multi-Cloud Application Services. Josip established the Auckland F5 Networks Support office in 2014, growing it to a team of 20, and has also managed critical support teams in EMEA and Japan. Prior roles include Lead Network Support Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed case management and coaching, and Senior Network Support Engineer, providing technical assistance on F5 products. Josip began their career at Dun & Bradstreet as an Application Support and Systems Admin, supporting the Receivables Management Service system. Education includes a Bachelor of Computing and a Bachelor of Management from Federation University Australia.
