Johnny Hester is an accomplished military and business leader with extensive experience in strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Growth at F3EA, Inc. since August 2022, Johnny has previously held key leadership roles such as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at SkyBridge Tactical, LLC, and VP of Enterprise Training & Mission Support at Obsidian Solutions Group LLC. A distinguished military career includes positions as Director of Joint Collective Training at USSOCOM and various leadership roles within the Theater Special Operations Command – Central. Johnny has also commanded the Sacramento Recruiting Battalion for the United States Army Recruiting Command and has been involved in intelligence operations as Chief of the HUMINT/CI SOF Center. Johnny Hester holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and two master's degrees, one in Military Arts and Science from the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center and another in National Security Policy from the U.S. Army War College.
