Danilo Kotsi currently serves as a Customer Success Manager for Key Accounts at F360, overseeing partnerships with over 370 groups and focusing on customer retention and engagement while managing financial health and providing solutions to enhance Health Scores. Prior to this, Danilo held a similar role at DK Lab Solutions from January 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included onboarding new clients, providing daily support, and identifying revenue opportunities through strategic meetings and up-selling techniques. As a co-founder of Valoreasy from June 2017 to December 2019, Danilo directed commercial strategic planning and supported clients' financial management. Danilo's early career included a Business Development Representative position at W1 Consultoria Financeira, where expertise in lead qualification and contract negotiations was developed. Danilo holds a postgraduate degree in Controller, Planning, and Financial Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado.
