Joe Scherer has extensive experience in operations and engineering, currently serving as a Field and Stream Outdoorsman at Outdoor Exploration since January 2019. Prior to this role, Joe Scherer worked as a Process Engineer at F.C. Dadson starting in October 2014. Additionally, Joe Scherer held the position of Vice President of Operations at Shapes Unlimited Inc. from September 1999 to October 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing the custom fabrication of exhibit components, table bases, and store fixtures.
