With 20 years of professional experience, Juliana started her career in the Human Resources area of ​​multinationals such as DirecTV/SKY and Nike. He has been working in the advertising market since 2008 and has held management and leadership positions at FCB, Leo Burnett and R/GA. In addition to a degree in HR Management and Planning, he has additional training in Coaching and Mentoring, as well as a DISC analyst from the Brazilian Institute of Coaching (IBC).
