Thurston Smalls is an experienced logistics and asset management professional with a robust background in the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army. Currently serving as the Global Asset Management Lead at the F-35 Joint Program Office since November 2019, Thurston previously held roles including Technical Data Team Lead and Regional Asset Manager. Thurston's extensive career includes positions at U.S. Army Materiel Command and various logistics management roles, where key contributions involved leading diverse teams, developing maintenance support plans, and managing supply chain logistics. Thurston holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from East Carolina University, along with Level I and II certifications in Acquisition and Program Management from the Defense Acquisition University.
