Gary Biscoe has been a key contributor at the F-35 Joint Program Office since August 2016, holding roles such as Germany Program Manager, FMS New Business Program Manager, Belgium Deputy Program Manager, and F-35 Configuration Manager. Prior to this, Gary served as a Senior Logistics Analyst at Andromeda Systems Incorporated from July 2015 to July 2016 and dedicated over two decades to the US Marine Corps, culminating in the role of Avionics Maintenance Chief from August 1993 to August 2015. Gary holds a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University's Costello College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, Gary pursued studies at the University of West Florida from 2001 to 2002.
