Mina Gabra has over a decade of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as the IT Technical Support & Infrastructure Supervisor at EZZSTEEL since August 2016, Mina is responsible for overseeing technical support operations. Prior to this role, Mina worked at e-finance from May 2014 to June 2016 as an Agent in Product Deployment and Technical Support, focusing on user training and system support. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Support Agent at Xceed from January 2013 to January 2014, emphasizing problem-solving for ADSL customers and ensuring team performance quality. Mina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Suez Canal University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
