Leandro Miranda has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Superintendente Comercial at EZZE Seguros since February 2024, focusing on brand strengthening and personalized commercial service. Prior to this role, Leandro held various positions at Seguros Unimed, including Gerente Regional Comercial SP Capital e Assessorias, where responsibilities included enhancing brand recognition and diversifying sales channels. Leandro also established the Canal Assessorias to solidify the brand's market presence. Before joining Seguros Unimed, Leandro was with Tokio Marine Seguradora for over 16 years, progressing from Coordenador in Technical Areas to Gerente Executivo Comercial de Filial, leading commercial teams and managing relationships with brokers. Leandro holds an MBA in Economics and Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
