Nelson Bastos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across various industries. Currently, Nelson serves as a Founding Partner at IVIX Value Creation since January 2015 and as an Independent Board Member at EZTEC. Previously, Nelson held key positions including Former President at LBR - Lácteos Brasil S.A. and CEO roles at Gradiente Eletronica SA and Parmalat Brasil S/A. Additionally, Nelson was the CEO of Brasil Ferrovias and served on the board of VARIG SA during its restructuring efforts. Nelson began a career in finance and strategy at The Villares Group and has a background in financial services from Integra Associados. Nelson's academic foundation includes engineering studies at the Universidade de São Paulo.
