Cloves Roque Xavier has extensive experience in the real estate sector, serving in multiple consulting roles at Incorporadora Tegra and EZTEC since 2015, focusing on the development of real estate projects and products for various investors. In addition to real estate, Cloves holds leadership positions as President of both Instituto Sergio Escadinha - ISE, promoting sports and environmental projects in underprivileged communities, and Grupo de Pesquias Ufológicas Ufogenesis, an NGO dedicated to the disclosure of unidentified aerial phenomena. Previous experience includes successful roles as a real estate broker at ABYARA Brasil Brokers and as a director at Coopscer, where efforts were made to establish cooperative services and dignified employment in favelas. Cloves holds degrees in Social Communication from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes and in Artistic Education from Faculdade de Belas Artes de São Paulo.
