Abigail A. is a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer success and operations, currently serving as a Participant Care Specialist at EZRA Coaching since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Success Specialist at STAN, a Customer Success Coordinator at Thriver, and a Commercial Projects & Field Logistics Coordinator at Exactus Energy. Abigail has also contributed to public outreach initiatives at Parks Canada and worked in various capacities in educational support and retail. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Waterloo, complemented by an Honours Science degree with a Biology minor.
