Steven Flathers is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy and career management in the rehabilitation field. Currently serving as a Rehab Success Manager at CovalentCareers, Inc. since January 2017, Steven focuses on guiding physical and occupational therapists in their career paths and achieving their professional goals. In addition to this role, Steven has been an Occupational Therapist at Scripps Mercy Hospital since June 2015, specializing in acute care and leading lymphedema therapy. Prior to this, Steven worked as an Occupational Therapist at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center from October 2012 to January 2015.
