Romain DUFLOT has been in the aerospace industry since 2011. Romain began their career at Corys Thunder Inc, where they worked on nuclear simulation, creating 3D animated nuclear power plant modelling. In 2012, they joined Dassault Aviation, where they worked on robotization for Falcon 7X, conducting feasibility studies, sizing and amortization of a new handling system for high speed machining. In 2015, they began working at Airbus Group as a Flight Test. In the same year, they also founded EyeLights SAS, where they are currently the CEO.

Romain DUFLOT attended Ecole des Pupilles de l'Air from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Classes préparatoires. From 2010 to 2015, they attended Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers. Romain also attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2014 onwards.
